- Does it integrate with your CRM, email, and listing/marketing platforms?
- Can it handle your document formats (rent rolls, leases, OMs) accurately?
- How is your data stored and secured, and who can access it?
- Is data cleanup or migration required first, and who handles it?
- What is the realistic implementation timeline, and who does the setup?
- How does it handle multiple brokers, splits, and commission tracking?
- Can you export your data if you switch tools, and in what format?
- What is the all-in first-year cost including setup and training?
- Is there a pilot on a live deal to validate the savings first?
- What support and training are included after go-live?
